On a recent Sunday, when most people were home with their families, a team of nurses was out in Wembezi township so that residents could get free medical screenings close to home.

On the day, Al-Imdaad Foundation had partnered with the Islamic Medical Association and IPSS for a special medical outreach programme in Wembezi. In this short video the nurses are thanked and we are reminded how much our local communities depend on women.
