Branch: Tshwane 2024

IMASA Tshwane is a sub-branch with just over 100 members from various medical faculties. The projects initiated in this region has been headed by Prof Akhter Goolam Mahomed and his supporting Committee for many years ie; Dr Shenaaz Mahomed, Dr Shaakera Mahomed, Hussain Ismail, Prof Anwar Hoosen, Dr Summaya Carrim, Dr Khatija Ahmed, Feroza Joosub, Dr Fatima Cotwall, Dr Fareed Omar, Dr Mahmood Ally, Dr Muhammed Ameen Fulat, Dr Nadeem Osman, Dr Nazira Cassim, Dr Reezwana Cassim,  Dr Rowaida Ahmed, Dr Solly Ebrahim, Dr Suleman Majid, Dr Zubair Asmal, Dr Farhana Suleman, Dr Mahmood  A.T Ally and others.

From the onset of Covid19, the Tshwane Branch had been actively involved in various educational talks, outreach programmes and other initiatives with the hope that they could bring relief to those who were affected by Covid19.
