IMASA West Rand
The Westrand has been a sub-branch of IMASA for many years driven by a small committee of senior members, such as; Dr Ebrahim Mahomed, Dr M. Saeed Khota, Dr Mohammed Kaka, Dr Nazir Chothia and others. Over the years their activities have included; hosting of CPD accredited programmes, CPR Trainings, Free Health Awareness Programmes and more. During the 3rd wave of Covid, the IMASA COVID19 team lent support and Dr Kaka together with his Medical/ Para Medical / Burial/ Medial Equipment including Oxygen Concentrators, etc were stretched to beyond their expectations!! Community Organisations also played a vital role in a number of other activities.

We truly appreciated our Medical Practitioners and Specialists who render their services when called upon and we hope that more health professionals in the Westrand area would join us in furthering our intentions of helping our local community and rendering services which will be of benefit to the Ummah AAMEEN.
