May this Ramadan be a source of blessings, spiritual growth, and transformation for you and your loved ones. Ramadan Mubarak!

Social Media

Suspend time-wasting Social Media chats which add no value to Ibadah. You can re- connect after Ramadhan if you wish.

Shopping

Try and do your shopping before Ramadhan. The hot weather during Ramadhan can sap your energy if you are out shopping. Work out a hydration schedule for Ramadhan especially for people over 60.

Mental/Physical Health

Before Ramadan begins, take time to mentally and spiritually prepare yourself for the month ahead. Reflect on your intentions and set clear intentions to maximise your spiritual growth during this time.

Patience and Self-Restrain

Ramadan teaches patience, self-discipline, and self-restraint. Embrace the opportunity to cultivate these virtues by exercising patience in your interactions.
