IMA LADYSMITH OUTREACH 8 MARCH 2026 AT IKHAYA LETHU CHILDREN’S HOME

Alhumdulillah on a cool Ramadaan Sunday morning members of the local branch together with learners of the Islamic Educational Centre visited the children’s home in Colenso for a screening programme encompassing Optometry, Audiology and Dentistry. Abnormalities detected were attended to and will also be followed up in the coming weeks by the team.

The oral hygienist also educated the children on the importance of dental care.

At the end of the programme each child was presented with a hamper prepared by the IEC team.

Our sincere appreciation to the staff at the home for facilitating the visit.

May Allah bless and reward all our team members, IEC staff and learners for their commitment in this blessed month.
