Ramadan is a time to reflect on the condition of our hearts — spiritually and physically. As we increase in worship, it is also a reminder of the importance of caring for the heart that sustains us.

The 1447 Health Talks series, in collaboration with Bosmont Masjied, presents a special Jumuah address exploring this powerful connection.
