IMASA Durban

On 6 March, IMASA Durban hosted an incredible Iftaar dinner titled ‘Be The Blessing’ 💖. The event brought together community members for a special South African Iftaar with the spirit of Ubuntu and Sumud.

Two inspiring speakers graced the evening: Ambassador Ebrahim Rassool and Palestinian-Canadian journalist Mansour Shouman 🤝. They shared insights about their new project and passionately encouraged attendees to donate towards this initiative, emphasizing that the difference we make can be bigger than we think.

The evening featured a thoughtful spread of cuisine for iftaar, amazing networking opportunities, and thought-provoking discussions on current world problems and how we can address issues affecting those in need.

Overall, it was a great evening of insight, inspiration, and community bonding
