CALLING ON MEDICAL VOLUNTEERS – QUALIFIED & HEALTH SCIENCE STUDENTS

IMASA Gauteng Branch will be participating at a community service day to provide free health screenings and activities for orphans and elderly residents at a facility in Riverlea.

Here are the key details:
Date: Sunday, June 29th, 2025
Location: 17 Shaft Street, Riverlea
Target groups: 140+ Children (5-20 years) and 30+ elderly residents
Screening commences at: 9am
Screening ends at: 12pm
CPD Accredited: X1 Clinical Point for evey hour of volunteering

What are we looking for:
• Healthcare professionals who can provide health screenings for children and the elderly
• General volunteers for fun activities and to help “spoil” the kids and elders
• Flexible commitment – you can volunteer for just a few hours or the whole day
